At EasyRide Santorini, we aim to provide the best possible service and customer experience. Please read our cancellation and return policy carefully before completing your booking.

Booking Cancellation

Customers may cancel their reservation by contacting EasyRide Santorini via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental or tour date may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled date may be subject to partial charges depending on the booking and preparation costs.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours before pickup, no-shows, or failure to arrive may not be refundable.

Card Payment Refunds

For payments completed by credit or debit card through the Nexi payment system, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Vehicle Reservation Policy

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation from EasyRide Santorini.

EasyRide Santorini reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in cases of:

  • Unavailable vehicle category
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Safety or legal reasons
  • Failure to provide valid driving documents

Tour Cancellation

ATV tours, scooter tours, and other activities may be cancelled or rescheduled due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Operational reasons beyond our control

In such cases, customers may receive an alternative date, alternative activity, or full refund.

Late Arrivals

Customers are responsible for arriving on time for vehicle pickup or tour departure.
Significant delays may result in cancellation without refund.
