Terms & Conditions – Easy Ride Santorini

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and final approval. After submitting your booking, you will receive a confirmation email once the driver’s details meet the rental requirements and the selected vehicle is available.

Reservations are based on vehicle categories, not specific models. In case a vehicle is not available, we reserve the right to provide a higher category vehicle at no extra cost.

The company reserves the right to cancel a reservation within 48 hours due to overlapping bookings from the physical store.

Driver License Requirements

• AM – 50cc scooters
• A1 – 125cc scooters
• A – Motorcycles
• B – ATVs

Driver must hold a valid license for at least 1 year. Non-EU citizens must provide an International Driving License.

If the license is issued less than 1 year ago, an extra charge may apply.

Driver Age Policy

• Minimum age: 22 years
• Maximum age: 67 years
• Scooters: 20+
• ATVs: 23+

If the driver does not meet requirements at pickup, the reservation is canceled and the full rental amount is charged.

Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as collected.

• Less fuel → charged difference
• More fuel → no refund

Minimum Rental

Minimum rental duration is one day.

Additional Drivers

Additional drivers are free of charge. The same rules apply regarding age and driving license.

Kilometers

Unlimited mileage within Santorini is included.

Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup.

• More than 3 days → No charge
• 2–3 days → 50% charge
• Less than 2 days → 100% charge
• No show → Full charge

Cancellation requests must be sent via email to:
info@easyride-santorini.com and confirmed.

After-Hours Service

Pick-up or drop-off between 00:00 – 08:00 → Extra charge €40

Delivery & Collection

Out-of-station deliveries and collections may have extra charges depending on location.

Traffic Violations

All traffic fines and violations are the renter’s responsibility.

Ferrying Vehicles

Vehicles are not allowed outside Santorini without written permission from Easy Ride Santorini.

Accidents

In case of accident, you must inform Easy Ride Santorini immediately and contact the police.
A police report is mandatory.

Without a police report, the renter takes full responsibility. Additional admin and repair costs apply.

Insurance

Included: Third-party insurance

 Not covered by any insurance.:

• Negligence or dangerous driving
• Traffic law violations
• Off-road use
• Late return damages
• Driving under alcohol or drugs
• Tire and underbody damages
• Unauthorized driver
• Lost keys

CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)

• Scooters: up to €700  limits the amount the renter has to pay for repairs of the rented vehicle at a maximum of 700 euros. This optional insurance covers theft as well. It does not cover damages to the underbody and suspension system of the vehicle nor loss of personal effects.
• ATVs up to 300cc: up to €1500 CDW-1500 limits the amount the renter has to pay for repairs of the rented vehicle at a maximum of 1500 euros. This optional insurance covers theft as well. It does not cover damages to the underbody and suspension system of the vehicle nor loss of personal effects.

Covers theft but not underbody, suspension or personal items.

SCDW (Super SCDW)

• Scooters: up to €450
  For Scooters SCDW-450 limits the amount the renter has to pay for repairs of the rented vehicle at a maximum of 450 euros. This optional insurance covers theft as well. It does not cover damages to the underbody and suspension system of the vehicle nor loss of personal effects.
• ATVs up to 300cc: up to €800
  For ATV yp to 300cc SCDW-800 limits the amount the renter has to pay for repairs of the rented vehicle at a maximum of 800 euros. This optional insurance covers theft as well. It does not cover damages to the underbody and suspension system of the vehicle nor loss of personal effects.

Refusal to Rent

Easy Ride Santorini reserves the right to refuse rental and charge the full amount if:

• Invalid or expired license
• Driver does not meet age requirements
• Missing documents
• Unsafe driving behavior
• Suspected alcohol or drug use

Important Notice

If a booking is made with incorrect driver details, the reservation will be canceled and charges may apply (minimum 2 rental days and delivery costs).
